  • The Site is provided free of charge to users for the purposes of demonstrating why flood resilient measures are a good idea for anyone concerned about future flooding and to provide useful information about various techniques available. Any material is provided in good faith, and whilst we will use reasonable endeavours to ensure the accuracy of material, we make no warranties (express or implied) regarding accuracy or completeness or fitness for any purpose, and we expressly exclude any liability in respect thereof (other than warranties not capable of exclusion).

We accept no responsibility for keeping the material up to date, and no liability for any failure to do so. No liability is accepted for any errors, or for any losses that may be incurred if any material is relied on.
